Usage Agreement

01 Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to the AI LEADERSHIP books, video modules, and proprietary strategies within the OPERATIONAL HUB, are the exclusive intellectual property of THE AI’S CEO. Accessing the Operational Hub or acquiring the AI LEADERSHIP books grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal and internal business use only.

02 Non-Resale Agreement

By accessing the OPERATIONAL HUB or acquiring the AI LEADERSHIP books, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the purchased materials to any third party. Unauthorized distribution or resale will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action for damages.

03 Private Room Protocols

Members of the AI Leadership: Private Room (Facebook) are granted the right to invite others to join the community, fostering a scalable ecosystem of leaders. However, engagement within this room is governed by strict professional standards.

Content Creation Mandate: Any content, derivative works, or public sharing of methodologies discussed within the Private Room requires explicit, written permission from THE AI’S CEO. You must seek authorization to determine what can and cannot be shared externally. Unauthorized content creation or disclosure of proprietary discussions is strictly prohibited.

04 Absolute No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, irrevocable, and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once access to the OPERATIONAL HUB is granted, the AI LEADERSHIP books are acquired, or entry to the PRIVATE ROOM is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This policy is absolute and non-negotiable.

05 Acknowledgment

Completing the purchase or joining the community signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Usage Agreement.
